2. According to the technical and economic indicators of the design project， complete structural design or structural improvement， draw professional construction drawings of organizational structure and compile professional documents of structure.
3. Participate in the formulation of scientific research plans and project reports， assist R&D departments in the research and development of new products， new technologies and new processes， and provide effective improvement plans for product structure， as well as the analysis and evaluation of structural reliability and operational convenience.
4. Coordinating the resources of all parties， linking up， communicating and cooperating with clients， expert teams and other project participants on the structure;
1. Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering， mechanics， mechanical engineering， water supply and drainage engineering and related fields.
2. More than 3 years experience in structural engineering related project design.
3. Familiar with relevant national and local laws， regulations， policies and industry specifications， proficient in AutoCAD， Tianzheng Architecture and other auxiliary design software， obtain the qualification certificate of registered structural engineer is preferred.
4. Open-minded， full of challenge spirit， high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit， able to adapt to short-term travel.
5. Can independently complete the design， clear thinking， comprehensive consideration of the problem， have a certain ability to judge and solve technical problems.
Apply Position1. Complete the system architecture design of BMS according to the R & D process of the company;
2. Based on the software simulation results， complete the code implementation of BMS algorithm;
3. Responsible for the modeling and Simulation of the battery model， put forward the battery test requirements and determine the battery model parameters according to the test data;
4. Cooperate with other engineers to complete the test and verification of BMS products;
5. Complete the preparation of software technical documents (demand analysis， system architecture design， software flow chart， detailed design description， source code， test case， etc.) and submit them on time， manage and control relevant data; 6. Evaluate the reliability and stability of the software system， and complete the review of software code;
1. Have knowledge of battery model and Kalman filter;
2. Master the characteristics of lithium-ion power battery and algorithm of SOC， sof and SOH;
3. Skillfully use the automatic code generation and Simulink simulation of MATLAB software;
4. Familiar with Freescale 8-bit or 16 bit MCU system and CodeWarrior development environment application;
5. More than 2 years' experience in electric vehicle algorithm research.
